E Yong is the best. The waitress there (co-owner?) is incredibly friendly... She always remembers your name and favourite dish, plus I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile. Great prices, food and service.

They are very friendly. It's a SUPER CLEAN establishment. Their food is absolutely incredible, and they deliver. This is THE place to get Vietnamese food from in Chilliwack. You will not regret it!
